The SICDB Dataset is expected to be freely available mid-2022.
An intensive care database with over 27.000 cases
The critical care dataset SICDB provides insight to over 27.000 admissions to intensive care wards at University Hospital Salzburg, Austria. The de-identified dataset contains among other things monitor signal, labs and medication data.
The SICDB dataset was built up from more than 2.6 billion database entries. Feel free to browse through thousands of different signal, laboratory or drug values.
SICDB is one of the first freely available datasets containing >200 patients suffering from SARS-COV-2 pneumonia. Browse through respiratory care data and review blood gas analysis values.
In a dataset containing over 27.000 cases manually editing fields is not a feasible approach to generate more information about patients and procedures. Multiclass classification, k-means clustering, anomaly detection and more algorithms were included in database software.
